Return Policy

It is very important to us that our customers are completely satisfied. If you are not happy with any product you purchase from Kronos Robotics it may be returned for a refund or exchange within 15 days of the invoice date. We will not accept returns not directly purchased from Kronos Robotics. If you purchased from one of our distributors you need to contact them. Please note that their policies may differ from ours.

The returned items must be in unused condition and have original packaging. There will be a restocking fee of 30% on items that do not meet this condition. Also note that this return policy does not apply to items that you have destroyed or damaged. For example if you hook up a microcontroller backwards you may not return it. It is important that you know that all the chips and boards are tested before they ship.

Assembled products will be charged a 30% restocking fee. The actual assembly charge will not be refunded. If you assemble a kit a 30% restocking fee will be charged and the product must be in working order.

Books and manuals not refundable for any reason. Books and manuals are printed on demand and are not refundable.

Forum Access
Please note that forum access will be granted on a case by case basis. The sale of any item in the store does not give you the right to forum access. If you are granted forum access, Kronos Robotics reserves the right to terminate access to the forums without notice.

Please note that shipping will not be refunded and Kronos Robotics will not pay for return shipping. Postage and handling is not refundable.

Please contact us prior to returning any merchandise so you can be issued a RMA number. When contacting us we will need your invoice number.

!!! Important !!! You must send all returns via USPS. You can not use UPS. The packages will not be accepted. They must be packaged in the same manner as they were received.

Beta Products

Beta products are not returnable. Beta products are subject to software changes and are unsupported. They are sold at a reduced rate to aid in the test phase of the product.

While every attempt will be made to keep the beta product serviceable, there are no guarantees that the beta product will be compatible with the final compiler.

In most cases a replacement exchange program will be offered if the beta product is not upgradeable.

Shipping Theft

We will not be responsible for items that are stolen during shipping. If you wish to pay for insurance let us know in the special instructions in your order and we will email you the cost of insurance.

Shipping Responsibility

We ship all packages USPS Priority Mail with delivery confirmation.

Once a package has been delivered we are no longer responsible for the package. More specifically, if some one steals the package from your doorstep Kronos Robotics will not be held responsible and no refund will be provided.

If your package has not been delivered and sufficient time has passed please contact us and we will verify delivery. If delivery has been made you will be given the confirmation number and delivery details. Thereafter you must contact your local Post Office for further information.


Email Policy

Warning to those with spam blockers such as Earthlink. If you contact us we will send 1 reply message. If it is returned we will not fill out forms or send confirmation email messages. It is your responsibility to set your spam blocker filters not ours. If you order from us and there is a question about your order and the email is returned, the order will be canceled.

Kronos Robotics does not send unsolicited email for any reason.

Shipping Outside US
 

We only ship USPS priority and the recipient is responsible for paying customs duty, We can not guarantee delivery so if the package is lost we will not be held responsible. All funds must be in US currency via credit card. We also reserve the right to deny orders to countries with high fraud. In addition since we only ship Priority mail International there is a flat $46 for the first three pounds and a $15 Service fee.
